Open a product, tap Order on WhatsApp, send the prefilled model and price, then confirm delivery area and payment method with the shop.

Yes. M-Pesa Till details: Till 000000 (confirm at order).
Is pay on delivery available?
Yes within Nairobi on eligible orders. Confirm when you chat.
Condition and warranty
What does certified ex-UK mean?
Used overseas stock that is tested and sold with a refurbished condition label and shop warranty. Not new sealed.
How long is warranty?
New: 12 months. Certified ex-UK: 3 to 6 months.
Delivery
How fast is delivery?
Same day Nairobi where routes allow. Next day countrywide via courier on most in-stock orders.
Is delivery free?
Free delivery within Nairobi CBD on orders over KSh 50,000.

Do you sell new and certified ex-UK laptops?
Yes. Every product page shows a clear New or Certified Ex-UK badge. We do not label used machines as new.
How do I order?
Open a product page, check the KSh price and specs, then tap Order on WhatsApp. Your message is prefilled with the model and price.
What payment methods do you accept?
M-Pesa Till, bank transfer, and pay on delivery within Nairobi. Instalment options can be discussed on WhatsApp when available.
What warranty do I get?
